Request an RMA

Contact our technical support team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

Pack Your Items

Securely package the products in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, wiring harnesses, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned components, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
